A casual party, business luncheon, or wedding reception, this can be customized to your budget with options of single or multiple entrees, sides, salads and desserts.
Light Hors D’oeuvres
A casual, formal party, or anything in between.
These receptions typically offer 4-6 items passed, displayed, or a combination of both. This type of service is best selected for cocktail parties with light bites and not a replacement for dinner.
Heavy Hors D’oeuvres
This would be in place of a buffet or sit down dinner and would last from 2-4 hours.
Best selected for parties with limited seating or a mingling type atmosphere.
Seated Service
A casual party, business luncheon, or wedding reception, this can be customized to your budget with options of starter courses,
single or multiple entrees,
sides, salads and desserts.

The main difference between buffet and seated dinners is additional labor and equipment costs, depending on size of event will vary.

Food delivered & set up in stainless steel chafers, stainless serving utensils, bowls, & platters, with clear, custom menu labels.
Staff sets up menu items and can return to break down at the end of the event, or staff can stay for the duration of the event for a small additional charge.
Staffing Service
Servers, TABC-Certified Bartenders, Personal Chef, Prep-cooks, Bussers, etc

(Staff must be employed for a minimum of 4 hours during lunch events and a minimum of 5 hours for dinner receptions).

Terms & Conditions:
Vendor is holding the aforementioned time slot and, if applicable, space for the exclusive use of your event. Should the entire or partial program cancel, the Vendor will collect as liquidated damages, fees according to the following schedule. In the event a credit card was placed on file as guarantee, Vendor reserves the right to charge the card according to the schedule.
